Shipping

We aim to ship all orders within 2 working days of purchase (Monday-Friday, UK time/UTC). During busy periods this may not be possible and we will prioritise orders by date.

UK orders are sent by Royal Mail large letter or tracked parcel. Large orders may also be sent by DPD.

Orders going to the USA or EU are sent by FedEx. Smaller orders outside these countries may be sent by standard airmail, or FedEx if it is available.

Taxes

Please note before ordering we are not responsible for paying any import tax. This is paid by you, the customer to the government in your country. If sending orders by FedEx you will receive instructions by email on how to do this.
