Unwanted items

You have the right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to return your goods within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Stickermagic.co.uk will not be held accountable for the collection of goods, in such a case this must be arranged and paid for by yourself, the customer.

Faulty Items

In the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty item from us, please contact us to arrange for either a replacement or a full refund of the item. Depending on the nature of the fault we may ask you to either take a photograph of the damage or return the item to us. If we ask you to return the item we will pay for the cost of postage, this will be through our freepost returns address which will be emailed to you.
