Order and Delivery Information
We aim to ship all orders within one working day of when they are received.
UK orders
We send all UK orders by Royal Mail (except for large boxes which are sent by DPD).
Please see below for expected delivery days. Please note this is a guideline and is not guaranteed. During busy periods the fast delivery option may not always be available.

Monday 25th May 2026 - Late May bank holiday
Monday 31st August 2026 - August bank holiday
Orders placed on a Bank Holiday Monday will usually be posted on the following Tuesday.
International Orders
Please note that due to unpredictability with regular postal services we are now only using FedEx to ship to customers in the EU and USA.
Small orders sent to other countries (Canada, Australia, Japan etc) are sent by Royal Mail and forwarded to your local postal service. We use a tracked and signed service wherever possible. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Please note that there may be customs delays and additional duties or fees to pay in your country. These are completely out of our control.
All EU/USA orders and large orders (over 2kg) are sent by FedEx. These shipments are fully tracked, and can take between 2 days and 2 weeks to be delivered, depending on your country.
