Order and Delivery Information

We aim to ship all orders within one working day of when they are received.

UK orders

We send all UK orders by Royal Mail (except for large boxes which are sent by DPD).

Please see below for expected delivery days. Please note this is a guideline and is not guaranteed. During busy periods the fast delivery option may not always be available.

Please note we are closed on the following upcoming dates in 2025, which will affect collection and delivery times of orders placed on or before these dates.

Monday 25th August - Summer Bank Holiday
Thursday 25th December - Christmas Day
Friday 26th December - Boxing Day

Orders placed on a Bank Holiday Monday will usually be posted on the following Tuesday. 

International Orders

Orders sent outside the UK are posted by Royal Mail (if under 2kg) and forwarded to your local postal service.  We use a tracked and signed service wherever possible. Please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. Please note that there may be customs delays and additional duties or fees to pay in your country. These are completely out of our control.

Please note due to excessive customs fees we are currently unable to ship any orders to Belgium.

Large orders (over 2kg) are sent by FedEx or UPS and are fully tracked. These can take between 3 days and 2 weeks to be delivered depending on your country.
