Order and Delivery Information
We aim to ship all orders the day they are received, Monday-Friday up to 2pm (UK time).
UK orders
We send all UK orders by Royal Mail (except for large boxes which are sent by DPD). We offer a fast delivery service for more urgent orders, and we do prioritise these orders. Please note however that a fast delivery order placed at 3pm on a Friday or over a weekend would not be posted until the following Monday.

Please note we are closed on the following dates in 2025, which will affect collection and delivery times of orders placed on or before these dates.

Monday 5th May - Early May Bank Holiday
Monday 26th May - Late May Bank Holiday
Monday 25th August - Summer Bank Holiday
Thursday 25th December - Christmas Day
Friday 26th December - Boxing Day
Orders placed on a Bank Holiday Monday will usually be posted on the following Tuesday. Orders placed over the Easter weekend from 2pm on Thursday 17th April until 2pm on Tuesday 22nd April will be sent on Tuesday 22nd April, in this case we prioritise the orders by date.
International Orders
Orders sent outside the UK are posted by Royal Mail (if under 2kg) and forwarded to your local postal service. We use a tracked and signed service wherever possible. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Large orders (over 2kg) are sent by FedEx or UPS and are fully tracked. These can take between 3 days and 2 weeks to be delivered depending on your country.
