Opening times - 2025

If you are enquiring about an order you have placed with us but have not yet received, please see our Order and Delivery Information page. Please note we do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays, or Bank Holidays.

Please be aware that we are based in the UK. Orders being sent outside the UK, in particular to EU countries and the USA, may be subject to customs delays and additional charges which are out of our control.

October 20th 2025 - Please note that due to the ongoing situation with tariffs we are currently only using FedEx to ship to the USA, not Royal Mail/USPS. We will review the situation as soon as it changes.

Please note we are closed on the following upcoming dates in 2025:

Thursday 25th December - Christmas Day
Friday 26th December - Boxing Day
