If you are enquiring about an order you have placed with us but have not yet received, please see our Order and Delivery Information page. Please note we do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays, or Bank Holidays.

Please be aware that we are based in the UK. Orders being sent outside the UK, in particular to EU countries and the USA, may be subject to customs delays and additional charges which are out of our control.

Please note that due to the changing situation with tariffs across both the USA and the EU, we are currently only using FedEx to ship to the USA and EU countries.

Please note we are closed on the following upcoming dates in 2026:

Monday 31st August 2026 - August bank holiday
Thursday 24th December 2026 - Christmas Eve (half day)
Friday 25th December 2026 - Christmas Day
Monday 28th December 2026 - Boxing Day bank holiday
Thursday 31st December 2026 - New Year's Eve (half day)
