If you are enquiring about an order you have placed with us but have not yet received, please see our Order and Delivery Information page. Please note we do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays, or Bank Holidays.

Please note we are closed on the following dates in 2025:

Friday 18th April - Good Friday
Monday 21st April - Easter Monday
Monday 5th May - Early May Bank Holiday
Monday 26th May - Late May Bank Holiday
Monday 25th August - Summer Bank Holiday
Thursday 25th December - Christmas Day
Friday 26th December - Boxing Day

For wholesale enquiries, please include as much detail about your business as possible in your message, for example:

• Online store address
• How long you have been trading
