Opening times - 2026

Please note that due to staff holidays, we may take longer than usual to read your message, but we will reply as soon as possible. Orders are being picked and packed as normal.

Wholesale customers: please note that we are not able to activate any new wholesale accounts between Friday 22nd and Sunday 31st May 2026 inclusive. We will respond to all wholesale enquiries in the week commencing Monday 1st June.

If you are enquiring about an order you have placed with us but have not yet received, please see our Order and Delivery Information page. Please note we do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays, or Bank Holidays.

Please be aware that we are based in the UK. Orders being sent outside the UK, in particular to EU countries and the USA, may be subject to customs delays and additional charges which are out of our control.

Please note that due to the changing situation with tariffs across both the USA and the EU, we are currently only using FedEx to ship to the USA and EU countries.
